One dedicated contact person
Structured progress planning
Close follow-up and clear communication
We take responsibility for the entire delivery: design, production, transport and assembly. This gives you a more efficient construction process, fewer intermediaries and lower risk. The result is higher quality, better flow – and fewer surprises.
One responsible link throughout the entire project
Seamless coordination of all phases
Fewer interfaces – more control
We work structured with risk assessments and prevention of deviations throughout the project process. Experience from large, demanding buildings enables us to anticipate challenges before they arise – and handle them effectively when they do.
Risk analysis and technical assessment
HSE and quality assurance in all phases
Flexible adjustments along the way in case of changing needs
Would you like to know how we can take responsibility for your project from A to Z?
Risk is managed through systematic assessments early in the project and ongoing follow-up throughout. This includes technical assessments, progress risks, logistics and HSE. By identifying potential challenges early, measures can be taken before they affect progress or quality.
Fewer interfaces mean that there are fewer actors to coordinate in the project. This reduces the risk of misunderstandings and responsibility gaps between suppliers. When one actor is responsible for multiple phases, communication becomes more efficient and the project is easier to manage.
Total delivery is often advantageous in larger or complex projects where coordination between many disciplines and deliveries can be demanding. By consolidating responsibility with one supplier, you get better control and less administration. In simpler projects, shared deliveries can work, but often involve higher risk.
Good project management helps ensure that all phases of the project are carried out according to specifications and standards. It ensures that errors are detected and corrected early, and that quality is maintained throughout the process. The result is a more robust and reliable construction.
It is important to consider experience from similar projects, capacity to handle the entire delivery and ability to coordinate complex processes. In addition, the supplier should have good routines for quality assurance, risk management and communication. A supplier with comprehensive expertise provides greater security in implementation.
