The IPOA Fund is our way of giving back to local communities, youth and enthusiasts who create growth and well-being where they live. The fund supports initiatives and projects within sports, education, leisure and self-improvement – with a particular focus on children and young people.
We know how important safe environments and good role models are for young people. As a steel contractor, we are used to thinking sustainably in the structures we deliver – but for us, sustainability is also about building community, motivation and faith in the future.
Through the IPOA Fund, we want to:
Support initiatives that create activity, mastery and belonging
Contribute to equal opportunities regardless of background
Be an active social actor in the regions in which we operate
We are seeking applications from:
Teams and associations that work with children and youth
Individuals with good ideas and commitment
School projects, training initiatives or local initiatives
Projects that promote inclusion, activity and learning
