Oslo Logistics Park Drøbak – OLD1 and OLD4

In Oslo Logistikkpark Drøbak, IPOA has delivered steel structures for two new logistics buildings, OLD1 and OLD4, on behalf of A Bygg Entreprenør. The projects were initiated in the new year 2023 and both buildings were handed over in December of the same year.

The buildings are based on blasted rock fill with a cast ring wall and slab on ground, and the facades are clad with PIR sandwich elements. A district heating system supplies both these and future buildings in the logistics park with energy.

In OLD1 , Bring is the tenant. The building consists mainly of warehouse areas with rack storage, but is also furnished with offices, meeting rooms, kitchens and cloakrooms. The building is under BREEAM certification (v6.0, Very Good).

OLD4 has tenants 360 Logistics and Scanfreight. The building has a similar layout to OLD1, but with larger office space and preparations for fully automated storage with narrow aisle racks.

Both projects were completed with tight construction schedules and a high degree of industrialized production, which contributed to efficient progress and early completion. IPOA's steel delivery has been an important part of the total delivery, and underlines the company's role as a key player in logistics and commercial buildings in Norway.
