IPOA supplied steel structures for the project and was the steel consulting engineer (RIB steel). The building is based on compensated foundations on lightweight aggregates (Leca), an important measure due to challenging ground conditions.
The facility houses a 4,000 m² lumber yard with drive-in and a building materials store of over 3,000 m². The store opened in April 2019 and provides the region with a modern and efficient retail offering for building materials.
