The architecture and design are specifically adapted for people with dementia, with a focus on safety, independence and positive sensory stimulation. Two atriums and several roof terraces function as green oases and social meeting places for residents, with activities such as plant care and harvesting.
IPOA has supplied the steel structures for the project, which has given the nursing home both strength and flexibility in its architectural design. We are proud to contribute to an important building that enhances the quality of life for residents in the city center.
