Cermaq smolt plant on Sørøya

The assignment has been carried out in close collaboration with our customer Overhalla Mekaniske AS, with whom we have had good and constructive collaboration throughout both design and production.

Logistical challenges
The transport of the large steel structures has been an important part of the project. The trusses were transported from Trøndelag, loaded onto barges and sent north in co-transport with concrete elements from Overhalla Betongbygg. The complex logistics have placed high demands on precision, planning and coordination between all parties involved.
