Sortland Entreprenør has been the general contractor, while IPOA has delivered the steel structures through Robertson Nordisk. The high-tech facility can process up to 150 tons of fish daily, and is one of Holmøy Maritime's largest single investments ever. The building is BREEAM certified, characterized by sustainable solutions, advanced technology and high architectural quality, and was completed in the spring of 2024.
